By accessing or using NIUA (niua.ohao.tech), operated by ohao.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
NIUA is an AI asset-generation service for game developers, covering image, music, 3D mesh, auto-rigging, motion capture, and text-to-motion. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Google or GitHub) to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials with the OAuth provider.
You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, prompts, video clips, reference media) and 100% of all outputs we generate for you (meshes, animations, textures, audio, images). Outputs may be used commercially, redistributed, modified, and used to train your own models, with no attribution required — subject to one upstream carve-out below.
We claim no intellectual property rights, no derivative-work rights, and no anti-competitive-use restrictions over your generated outputs. There is no clause in these terms preventing you from using NIUA outputs to train competing models, with the single exception that follows.
Voice audio carve-out (upstream license pass-through): audio generated by the speech and dialogue endpoints may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models, other than models that are non-commercial. This is not our restriction — it is an obligation of the upstream model license that we are required to pass through, and it applies only to those two endpoints. See the Model Licenses page for the specific model and license text.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it solely to deliver the service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content.
The mesh decompose capability (niua-parts-1) splits an existing mesh into named parts using a third-party model under a separate license with obligations that pass through to you:
These are not our restrictions. They are obligations of the upstream model license that we are required to pass through, and they apply only to this capability. See the Model Licenses page for the specific model, license, and disclosure.
NIUA does not use customer inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models — proprietary or third-party. This applies to every account and every generation, including free usage — NIUA has no plan tiers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
NIUA is pay-as-you-go. There are no monthly subscriptions, no seat fees, no token systems, and no credit abstractions. You top up your wallet in USD cents and each generation deducts its published USD price directly from the balance. Per-generation prices are listed on the Pricing page and via the public API at /api/billing/prices.
Wallet balances do not expire.
We may revise prices with reasonable notice. Generations already submitted are charged at the price in effect at submission time.
Inputs and generated outputs are retained in your account indefinitely, until you delete them. There is no automatic expiry. You are responsible for downloading and backing up assets you wish to keep long-term in case of account termination, deletion, or service shutdown.
You may request withdrawal of your remaining wallet balance to the original payment card. Stripe processing fees and applicable taxes will be deducted from the withdrawn amount and disclosed to you, prominently and in red, before you confirm the withdrawal. The disclosure will state the gross balance, the deductions, and the net amount returned.
Once confirmed, withdrawals are final. Wallet balances themselves do not expire — you are not required to withdraw at any cadence.
NIUA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and any unused wallet balance may be withdrawn under section 10.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
